Monitoring (monitoringroom.com) is a real-time awareness product that aggregates publicly available information from multiple sources. It is operated by Jukka Blomberg (Monitoring Room Oy, registration pending), based in Finland.
Not Advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or emergency advice. Monitoring displays publicly available data for informational purposes only. Do not make financial or safety decisions based solely on information from this site. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Accuracy
We aggregate data from third-party sources and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Use at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All original content, design, branding, and code on this site is owned by the operator. Third-party data is attributed to its respective sources and used under their terms. Apart from the datasets covered by 'Reuse of our data' below, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.
Reuse of our data
The datasets we publish — the Monitoring Situation Index, the prediction-market tables and the sovereign-bitcoin holdings table — are free to reuse with attribution to monitoringroom.com. This covers our own compilation, scoring and presentation only, not the third-party sources it aggregates (market data, court filings, regulator orders and news reporting), which keep their own rights and terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
