What Data We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We also collect usage data through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure site traffic and user behavior.

Legal Basis for Processing

Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing emails. You provide this consent by submitting the waitlist form and confirming via the double opt-in email. Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for analytics.

How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to send you updates about Monitoring, including product launches, situation reports, and occasional merch drops. We will never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Processors

We share your email with the following processors, each of which has a signed Data Processing Agreement:

• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) — email delivery
• Vercel Inc. (USA, with SCCs) — website hosting
• Google LLC (USA, with SCCs) — analytics via Google Analytics

Data Retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to request deletion.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@monitoringroom.com.
